Hover Cover
Hover Cover is an upcoming product line that offer high quality toilet sheet cover. While the product has already seen development, it lacked a brand identity. The challenge of designing for Hover Cover is not only creating a new modern aesthetic identity, but also shares a visual relationship to its parent brand It’s Personal.

Logo
I wanted to emphasize a modern and clean aesthetic without associating it with the literal imagery of a toilet. So I used the initials of the brand “h” and “c” and integrated them on top of each to imply that the product covers something. The shape that holds the logo mark is reminiscent of a toilet seat cover, further connecting it to the brand’s product. The star elements within the shape are designed to connect with the idea of hygienic products. The typography of the logo also continues the previously mentioned theme of vertical placement, as the name “hover” is purposely placed on top of “cover.” The line between the two words suggests a theme of separation, a vital element to the brand's product.
HOVER COVER
I reused the same typeface Lust with the Hover Cover to keep the brand consistent. The “o” of the brand was redrawn as a heart in order to enhance the brand message for caring for both the users' personal health and the overall environment. The heart was hand drawn to add a bit of character and have leaves caressing it in order to demonstrate a nurturing nature.
